History & Structure

Industrial Solutions UK Limited was incorporated in 2003 and is accredited by Oil & Gas E & P Operators in Nigeria as a supplier of Industrial, Oilfield and Process Equipment, along with other miscellaneous heavy engineering and high-tech spares.

Industrial Solutions USA LLC was set up to exploit the buying power available to US based companies, allowing us to buy direct instead of via regional offices or official distributors.

It is also responsible for the international operating activities of Process Equipment Parts Limited – (PEPL) a Nigerian Oil & Gas service company, serving the oil & gas industry and other high tech manufacturing and service organisations in Nigeria. Over the years, a close technical partnership has developed between the companies, with full knowledge share between each other.

Our operation in the UK has established close working relationships with a number of OEMs and main distributors in The UK, Europe, The USA, and the Rest of The World which positions us to offer competitive pricing options to our clients. This also
